The Visual Storytellers were asked to support the M Gallery by Sofitel exhibition booth at PCOA Conference 2019. Our task was to activate the exhibition booth. Bringing to life the story and experience of two of M Gallery by Sofitels famous hotels: The Fairmont Resort and Spa in the Blue Mountains and The William Englis Hotel in the Hunter. As M Gallery is all about creating a gateway to a new world/new experience we painted two gateways into the respective hotels worlds. Depicting the energy, colour, views and experiences that can be had at each venue. Over the three days of the conference our interactive mural was slowly developed to conclude at the final moment of interaction from the delegates. It was regarded by many as a very different, unique event activation that was seen by all and will be remembered. The client was very happy with the engagement and delivery of the product and how video, pictures etc were used on social media to bring awareness to the brand. The final painting will also be used again and again at further conferences/ exhibitions. We have already had several enquiries since the conference about this offering and we can’t wait to do more activations like this in the new year.
